For Women: Conch-ology Mother of Pearl Scrub a signature treatment of The Spa at The Palms.
The scrub is made up of hand crushed queen conch shells mixed with pure natural moisturizing aloe gel (picked from
the property gardens), and antioxidant lemongrass oil. The result is silky smooth, radiant and younger looking
skin. A 25 minute session costs $65.
For Men: Stress Relief & Rejuvenation Guests see immediate results from this anti-aging
facial treatment offering intense skin stimulation for a firmer, de-stressed and younger looking appearance. The
80 minute session also includes a delightful herb infused oil scalp treatment and massage along with herbal foot
reflexology. The treatment costs $150.
For Children: Little Yogis Designed for children ages 3 to 8, the class is fun, safe, easy and
everything a Little Yogi needs to get started on the path to a long, healthy life. A parent or guardian must
be present during class. Minimum of six children - $10.00 per child.

Soma (body in Greek) Fit is the innovative fitness/spa concept created by Theo Adamstein and Olvia Demetriou
of Adamstein & Demetriou Architects, an architectural and interior design firm known for award-winning design
work.
In developing SomaFit, they drew upon their experiences in creating exciting, dramatic, sublime yet comfortable
spaces to showcase personal training, exercise classes, yoga, pilates, facials, massage, manicures and more under
one roof.
SomaFit a fitness and spa center with an à la carte menu, i.e., no membership dues is designed
to allow individual growth, indulgence, and results, one session at a time or as a continuing series.

FITNESS Experienced personal trainers work with clients to build muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, or
sports performance using top-of-the-line equipment (Icarian, Lifefitness, and Free Motion), free weights, and benches;
sessions may be scheduled for once a week or more frequently. XM satellite radio and individual televisions outfit
each exercise bike and Stairmaster. Sessions are priced at $80 for 50 minutes.
MASSAGE Performed by highly trained therapists proficient in deep tissue, sports, Swedish and hot stones
massages. Seated massages are also available on a walk-in basis. Body massages are priced at $95 for 50 minutes
and $140 for 80 minutes.
FACIALS Treatments are specifically designed for the He Man, Metrosexual, lady-in-waiting, or no-nonsense
businesswoman. Beta Hydroxy, vitamin C, and Marine facials are just a few of SomaFit's specialties. Sessions are
priced at $95 for 50 minutes and $145 for 80 minutes.
